What if the AI gets it wrong?+
By default, nothing sends without a human tapping approve — a wrong draft is caught before it reaches a customer. Auto-send is optional, per category, and only after you've watched VEE handle that category cleanly in shadow mode.
Whose AI is it, and who pays?+
You bring your own provider key — Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek or Google — and pay that provider directly. We don't mark up tokens, so a spike in ticket volume never spikes your CentroVEE bill. Switch models any time in one click.
Can you see our data?+
Your instance is single-tenant on its own server — no shared database, no pooling across customers. We access it to run the managed service, and that access is logged. We don't sell data or train models on it.
What's it built on?+
The helpdesk layer is the open-source Zammad platform, hardened and fully managed by us; VEE is our own AI service on top — or it connects to Zendesk, Freshdesk or Jira if you'd rather keep your current desk.
